Marketing & customer acquisition
Introducing industrial biochar equipment to potential customers, responding to initial enquiries and identifying suitable biomass conversion projects.
We provide international marketing, customer acquisition, product presentation and technical-commercial coordination for industrial pyrolysis and biochar production equipment. Our focus is the Pyro150 technology manufactured by PYROWATT Kft., Hungary.
B2B industrial equipment · Commercial enquiries · Manufacturer-coordinated offers
PyroChar International Kft. is a Hungarian company engaged in the international commercial development of industrial biomass pyrolysis and biochar production projects. We connect prospective business customers with relevant equipment and manufacturer-approved technical information.
Introducing industrial biochar equipment to potential customers, responding to initial enquiries and identifying suitable biomass conversion projects.
Discussing feedstock characteristics, required throughput, process heat use and project requirements, in coordination with the equipment manufacturer.
Arranging product information, coordinating offers and supporting commercial discussions. Binding equipment offers and supply contracts are subject to separate written agreement and manufacturer approval.
Our business cooperation with PYROWATT Gyártó és Fejlesztő Kft., based in Kiskunmajsa, Hungary, concerns the presentation, customer acquisition and sales coordination of its industrial pyrolysis and biochar production technology, particularly the Pyro150 carbonizer. PyroChar International does not claim to manufacture the equipment itself or to hold exclusive distribution rights.
PyroChar150 combines biomass feedstock handling, size reduction, drying and controlled carbonization into a coordinated process line.
Convert suitable residual biomass into a carbon-rich material with potential applications in agriculture and long-term carbon storage.
Designed to provide up to approximately 650 kW of recoverable heat for feedstock drying, process heating or other suitable uses.
Electrically initiated, autothermal counter-current carbonization with controlled oxidation and engineered off-gas treatment.
The Pyro150 carbonizer forms the core of the PyroChar150 system. Its counter-current design and controlled internal oxidation support stable carbonization and energy-efficient operation.
From incoming biomass to finished biochar, each stage prepares the material for reliable downstream operation.
Containerized biomass storage and controlled feeding.
Shredding and feedstock homogenization.
Pre-drying to the required carbonization moisture content.
Continuous carbonization, biochar discharge and energy recovery.
Selected design parameters from the PyroChar150 technical brochure.
